Football culture continues to dominate the global sneaker conversation heading into the 2026 World Cup, and adidas is making sure some of its biggest names are part of the movement. That includes Bad Bunny, whose growing relationship with the Three Stripes is now shifting from lifestyle silhouettes into performance-inspired territory with the upcoming Bad Bunny x adidas F50 adidas Ghost Sprint collection.
The model was quietly revealed by Benito himself during his appearance in adidas' recent “You Got This” campaign film, a five-minute football-focused production stacked with global stars including Timothée Chalamet, Lionel Messi, Zinedine Zidane, and Lamine Yamal. Despite the sheer amount of celebrity power packed into the short film, sneaker fans quickly locked onto Benito’s footwear rotation, spotting an entirely new adidas model before the brand had officially announced it.
And honestly, there was no chance the internet was letting that slide unnoticed.
According to Kicks Finder, the upcoming Bad Bunny x adidas F50 adidas Ghost Sprint collection will launch in three colorways: “Dark Marine,” “Core Black,” and “Solar Slime.” The “Dark Marine” pair, seen briefly during the campaign film, leans heavily into football training aesthetics with streamlined tooling, low-profile construction, and aggressive traction-inspired detailing that feels rooted in classic indoor and turf silhouettes.

Akin to Indoor iterations à la Nike Total 90 III retro, the newly surfaced sneaker appears to continue adidas’ growing push to merge football heritage with modern lifestyle wear, a trend that has become increasingly prominent as terrace culture, retro kits, and indoor football sneakers continue to dominate fashion trends worldwide. For Bad Bunny specifically, the project also marks another stylistic pivot, moving beyond the chunky Forum and Response CL era into something noticeably sleeker and sport-driven.
While adidas has yet to officially unveil the full collection, the collaboration is already shaping up to be one of the brand’s more anticipated football-adjacent releases of the summer.
The Bad Bunny x adidas F50 adidas Ghost Sprint collection is expected to release on July 18 for $160 via adidas and select retailers.
In other adidas news, the brand is linking up with Brawl Stars for a collaboration this sumer.
