adidas will continue its long-standing partnership with Disney with two of their most beloved icons joining forces for yet another special-edition release

The adidas NMD_R1 “Bambi” joins the previously-previewed Superstar, ZX 8000, and ZX 10000 in honoring the playful, 79-year-old white-tailed deer. This time, the pair sprinkles in elements of the deer’s appearance, though it’s mostly set in a staple black and white build. You’ll find fur-specific detailing decorating the heel clips, pulls, and rear EVA insert — the forefoot opting for cream and red detailing. Three Stripe overlays work in a shredded burlap-like textile as the pair’s most intriguing inclusion. The pair is then completed by co-branded tongue tags and insoles, character and adidas hangtags, and special-edition packing.
