Disney Continues 100th Anniversary Celebration with Mickey and Minnie adidas Sambas

As Disney celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023, the iconic entertainment company is commemorating the milestone through a variety of creative ventures, celebrating some of its most iconic characters.

There are none more notable under the Disney umbrella than Mickey and Minnie, both of which will be celebrated on two special-edition Disney x adidas Sambas.

The football-friendly silhouette has been reimagined in a vegan-friendly version that showcases the enchanting motifs of Mickey and Minnie. Offered in two ways, one for each character, both shoes are dressed almost entirely in a "Cloud White" hue. This monochromatic palette extends to the laces, leather lining, and signature suede T-toe.

The differentiation between the two pairs lies in the accents. Mickey's version contrasts the mid-foot stripes in black, with a monochrome graphic adorning the tongue. Minnie's pair, on the other hand, features the vibrant red hue of her bow, and both shoes display the characters' gloved hands forming a heart at the medial side heel.

Currently available on adidas Canada, the Disney x Adidas Samba Vegan "Mickey and Minnie Mouse" is expected to hit adidas US and select global markets on April 27.
