Even if they haven’t been seen on the silver screen for decades, Mickey Mouse and his friends have been the focal point of footwear for the past few months. Collaborations like last year’s capsule with KITH and a handful of recent Disney x adidas Originals drops are keeping Walt’s favorite friends forever young. Now, joining the just-dropped Mickey Mouse Ultra BOOST is another, this time it’s the big-eared mouse’s best friend who gets the go-ahead with this special-edition “Goofy” adidas Ultra BOOST

The most vibrant pair of the capsule thus far, the “Goofy” adidas Ultra BOOST boasts a myriad of primary colors both stitched into and printed on the black-based sneaker. Red, blue, yellow, green and grey line-drawn Goofy characters adorn the Primeknit and BOOST midsole, each performing acts from slugging an off-speed to riding waves. Black leather laces cages and heel panels add a soft touch to an overbearing sneaker, and also break-up the business of the upper, as do the glazed-on toe overlays and black Continental rubber outsole. Capping off the design is a multi-colored Ultra BOOST branding strike on the lateral heel, colored lace aglets and co-branded insoles and tongue tags.

Disney’s Goofy x adidas Ultra BOOST is yet to be officially added to anyone’s roster, but like the Mickey Mouse Ultra BOOST could drop at any time — so just to be sure, make sure you’re following our official Twitter account for further updates.

Official looks at the “Goofy” Ultra BOOST have landed — and they come accompanied by a monochrome white and black pair. A release date is still yet to be announced, but product pages have been loaded up on adidas.com sites around the globe, so you should expect to see a release very soon.
