Jeremy Scott Brings Back Teddy on the adilette Slide

Before collaborations became mainstream, there was Jeremy Scott. Often eccentric, colorful, and downright bizarre, the designer’s efforts with adidas were a pivotal point in the history of sneakers. Finding a place in between high fashion and streetwear in the early 2000s, Scott’s Three Stripe designs landed on notable celebrity feet — including Kanye West. After a long hiatus, it was announced by adidas earlier this year that their long-standing partnership will resume this Fall. Now, after previewing a pack of wax-dipped Forums, Scott is back in his creative bag with this follow-up adilette Teddy Bear slide — a finish he’s applied countless times to the tongues of Three Stripes silhouettes.

Opting for orange and yellow hues, Jeremy has pinned his smiling bear’s head atop a yellow adilette base, complete with shaggy fur straps. His name can be seen embossed on the sole, but you don’t need to see it there to know that the slide is a product of Scott.
