LA Galaxy Deliver Team-Themed Schemes of the adidas Samba and Gazelle

As Nike’s Dunk and Air Force 1 are forever linked to its hardwood heritage, the evergreen adidas Gazelle and Samba are cemented in their soccer roots. And although the LA Galaxy is relatively new in terms of the global game, it’s the sport that brings them together for this upcoming collaboration.

With a heavy focus on premium construction and timeless schemes, both the LA Galaxy x adidas Samba and Gazelle are well-equipped for modern terrace wear by delivering the mainstays in team-specific colorways. For the Three-Stripes all-time best-selling sneaker (the Samba) we see a mix of premium cream leather, warm beige suede overlays, and elegant leather liners and tongue — also in beige. There’s gilded detailing on the lateral “Los Angeles” lettering, with matching finishes at the upper eyelets. LA logos rest atop the tongue and insoles in black, while a timeless gum rubber sole rests beneath.

The Gazelle also gets gilded finishes but arrives in a more straightforward scheme of navy suede and white leather. Waffle tongues feature a black Trefoil, while it’s golden heel and lateral branding remain specific to the football franchise.
