Damian Lillard is back with a freshly-cooked adidas Dame 6 — and I’m Lovin’ It. Here, Dame Dolla digs into his love for Mickey D’s with this McDonald’s x adidas Dame 6 “Dame Sauce” — a double entendre for his silky on-court moves.
The obvious connection to the restaurant chain is the profile’s bold, golden arches — a world-renowned motif — but any decent chicken nuggets enthusiast will immediately recognize the orange and green palate and “Dame Sauce” tongue tag that’s ripped straight from the delicious McNuggets sweet and sour sauce. And in case you still can’t connect the dots, the medial insole reads “SAUCE” in oversized lettering. Like a lot of Dame’s kicks this year, the blocking is split down the middle — green on the lateral and orange down the medial — while crips white Lightstroke midsoles, a split-=color outsole and co-branded insoles complete the design.
