MCM x Bayern Munich x adidas Marries Football & Fashion in New Capsule

Three of Germany's powerhouse institutions—MCM, Bayern Munich, adidas—have come together for a multi-item collection that blends football, luxury, and home country pride.

Back in July, FC Bayern Women announced a two-year partnership with MCM, making the Munich-founded fashion label the Official Travel Luggage Partner of the women's side. This move and the collaboration with the Three Stripes coincide with the luxury brand's 50th anniversary, celebrating a collective cultural and transcendental spirit.

Naturally, the three-way collaboration between MCM, Bayern, and adidas heavily features the iconic Cognac Visetos, the 50-year-old company's signature monogram-printed material. The cognac color lands across Unisex and Women’s football-inspired jerseys, tracksuits, and a Mundial Team Turf shoe.

However, the German linkup would be remised without travel luggage.

The seasonal drop includes the Ottomar Weekender and Stark Backpack bag designs, which should be familiar to savvy fans of MCM Worldwide. Both designs include the aforementioned Cognac Visetos material and feature cream-colored leather for a contrasting component.

Co-branding appears throughout the collection, ensuring a place for the project in the annals of sports-fashion collaborations.
