Released exclusively at the NTWRK Transfer festival last month, it now appears that Pharrell’s adidas NMD Hu “Extra Eye” will be granted a wider release — and it’s tipped to release alongside this just-previewed option of the same name.
Both options arrive in a myriad of hues, with oval shapes interwoven at the forefoot, and striking white lettering embroidered over the vamp. The colorful NTWRK-released pair arrived which Chinese symbols, whilst the more muted version opts for English in continuing Pharrell’s penchant for existentialism. Though its message is the same, the palettes differ greatly, one sporting a vibrant mix of orange and ble against crisp whites, and the other pairing muted fawn with grey, burgundy, golden yellow, dark green, and a surprising pop of sky blue.
Both pairs have been earmarked for release on September 19th in Asia, and you should expect to see a US drop occur around the same time.
