Eight New Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu Colorways Revealed!

After some trail-inspired experimentation and subsequent absence from the market, it appears that Pharrell and adidas are ready to reintroduce the original model of the NMD Hu, complete with its flat rubber sole unit. The long-awaited return to form has been previewed in many forms of late, including the upcoming “Extra Eye” Pack, and a duo of solid color options in black and chocolate brown. Now we’ve uncovered official images of the latter, along with two never-before-seen options in yellow and white that is set to form part of an upcoming six-piece NMD Hu collection.

Across the board, you can expect solid color woven uppers atop tonal BOOST sole units, color-match caging, inserts, and laces (save the chocolate pair, which opts for a clear brown finish), black liners, and signature forefoot embroidery. The latter arrives on each pair in Korean, Chinese, and Hindi, though its meaning has not yet been deciphered. These embroidered finishes arrive to match the caging, as does the rear co-branding at the heel.

You can expect to see at least three more color options join the pairs pictured below, including this previously-previewed black pair. As for a release, specifics are not yet known, though with official images available it shouldn’t be too far into the future. In addition to the four pairs (yellow, brown, black, and white) previewed earlier this month, three more colorful options have surfaced in aqua blue, orange, and green.
