size?'s adidas Dublin '25th Anniversary City Series' Must Be Enjoyed Responsibly

size? has had a busy February. Having recently launched its exclusive Nike LD-1000 duo in 'Flax' and 'Burgundy Crush,' the storied British retailer has unveiled the next offering from its '25th Anniversary City Series' collaboration with the Three Stripes. A Guinness stout-inspired adidas Dublin joins the collection.

Unveiled via Instagram, the trainer pays a visit to the Republic of Ireland. However, the size?-exclusive launch isn't the first time the Three Stripes visits Ireland's capital. The adidas Dublin silhouette formally debuted in 1979 as part of a larger 'City Series' collection that dedicated low-top, suede models inspired by some of the world's most important destinations. The original design took on a blue and orange color scheme inspired by Dublin's Coat of Arms. The Three Stripes has also commemorated London, Berlin, and Koln (Cologne) with their own Originals trainers.

What's different about size?'s latest anniversary offering is its use of leather instead of suede across the upper. All other components remain intact on the model. A yellow hue covers the majority of the Dublin's upper, with black contrast arriving via the profile 3-Stripes and Achilles' heel panel. The gum sole unit underfoot also takes on a pitch-dark finish that ties the package together. When unworn and viewed from above, the color scheme works in-tandem with the special, red-colored labels on the footbed to resemble Guinness' iconic stamp.

Akin to the size? x adidas Shanghai, the ode to Ireland is limited to just 2,025 pairs. Each shoe is numbered out of 2,025 on the spine, in shimmering gold.
