size? is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a number of special projects–including the exclusive Adidas Shanghai 'City Series'.

Akin to other low-top suede Adidas trainers, the Shanghai features a number of details rooted in the brand's sports heritage. The 'T'-toe and rubber sole unit might no longer be used for performance, but they harken back to a time when sneakers weren't seen as collectibles. size?'s 20th anniversary saw it debut the Adidas Shanghai as yet another classic design inspired by one of the world's most exciting cities.

Unlike the pair from 2020, the impending release features a vibrant color palette inspired by the neon lights that reflect off the Huangpu River. Rich 'Purple Burst' takes over the trainer's suede upper, with orange contrast landing in the form of 3-Stripes branding on the profiles. Shimmering golden Shanghai text appears on the lateral side to honor China's biggest city. Lastly, the premium collaboration boasts a 'Semi Blue Burst' on its Achilles' heel panel.

Underfoot, the Adidas Shanghai by size? opts for an all-black sole unit. The makeover allows for the pair's top-half to revel in the spotlight. Lastly, two sets of laces and a 1/2025 stamp appears on the spine in gold foil script, alluding to the limited number of pairs in circulation.
