Adidas has partnered up with renowned European and Stateside retailers Sneakersnstuff for a five-pair collection that merges nostalgia with modern aesthetics.
The collaboration takes inspiration from the 80s—a time when sneakers were subtle in color but bold in design and quality.
The Superstar, Harlem, Stan Smith, Rivalry Low and Centennial LO are the chosen canvases for this special collaboration; Each model stands out with an exquisite off-white leather base, complemented perfectly by soft neutral suede overlays. It's a nod to a bygone era when color palettes were more understated, and materials were of premium quality. But the collection doesn't just stick to the past; it embraces contemporary sneaker trends with its aged-look accents, achieved by the stylish sail and cream washing techniques.
To signify the unique partnership, each sneaker boasts co-branded heels, tongues, and insoles. And to make the unboxing experience just as memorable as the shoes themselves, they each arrive in special edition packaging.
A release date for the collection will go down on August 28, with sign-ups now open on the SNS app.
