South Park x adidas Stan Smith “Stan Marsh” Surfaces!

A mainstay amongst many of its commercial partnerships, the adidas Stan Smith has seen countless interpretations inspired by some of the world’s most memorable fictional characters. But very few — if any at all — share the same first name. But what other silhouette would you give South Park’s Stan Marsh than the Stan Smith?

The pair serves as a follow-up to 4/20’s “Towelie” Campus 80s – a release that took TikTok and social by storm thanks to its sunlight-altering eyes. This Stan Marsh Stan Smith doesn’t seem to feature a gimmick of the same degree. Instead, the pair focuses mostly on Stans’ signature headwear. With uppers of simple blue leather and tongues of shaggy royal suede, the bulk of Stan’s beanie is covered, with a sweeping red trim tacked on below. From there, it’s a staple white sole unit — perhaps a nod to the character’s oval eyes peering beneath — before the man himself features at the tongue tag. There’s also a repeating “Sweet Dude” text at the tongue that honors one of Stan’s many catchphrases, Stan Marsh branding in the back, and co-branded insoles completing the design.
