Thug Club Turns the Adidas Superstar into a Luxe Boot for Fall/Winter 2025
South Korea's Thug Club has become one of the hip-hop scene's most celebrated brands. Folks like Ye and NBA Young Boy have co-signed designs over the last two years, while some of Asia's most popular figures consistently step out in co-founders Yeong Min Cho (Thug Min) and Jiyool Kwon's work. The team is set to launch its second-ever collection with Adidas Originals before December arrives.
A follow-up to May's lineup, the newly-surfaced range was initially previewed to a select cohort in New York City on Sept. 15. There, Thug Club displayed a number of footwear, apparel, and accessories rooted in the distressed, futuristic, and edgy aesthetic that's expected from the brand. The South Korean label revisits the iconic Adidas Superstar, reimagining it as a luxurious high-top boot offered in "Red," "Off White," and "Black" color schemes. Silver emblems from the Asian brand are joined by pull tabs on the spine and a slightly-reworked shell-toe for a fashion-forward update.
Thug Club's Fall/Winter 2025 range introduces special editions of the Adiclog and GSG-9 Boot, Both silhouettes don "Core Black" makeovers, with the latter model opting for an "aged" aesthetic across its upper. By comparison, the laceless option indulges in an ornate build, replacing its standard suede execution for a high-quality leather presented in a motor-biker-approved style. Metallic decorations inject a Thug Club touch into the design.
Enjoy official product photos of the impending pairs ahead. Items will see an early launch at ComplexCon Vegas, followed by releases via Thug Club channels and a limited global Adidas CONFIRMED app drop.
