Travis Hunter introduced a striking new player-exclusive at his recent game versus the Seahawks: the adidas Adizero Electric+ “Albino Gator” cleats.
Drawing inspiration from the alligators native to Jacksonville, the design leans into a muted, almost pale palette. The upper is largely off-white or cream, with touches of sandy pink across the Three Stripes, branding, and accents. A gold nameplate adorns the laces, offering a signature touch for the Jaguars’ rising star.
Northern Florida’s swamp creatures stand as the cleat’s muse — hence the “Albino Gator” name — crafting a thematic link between Hunter, his hometown environment, and his on-field identity.
The Adizero Electric+ line is built for speed: lightweight synthetic and textile upper construction, a cleated outsole designed for traction, and a TPU heel clip for support. Hunter’s edition maintains those performance traits, while layering on more storytelling elements through color and detailing.
As of now, the “Albino Gator” cleats are a PE and are not confirmed for public sale. But given the attention this debut is drawing, sneakerheads and Jags fans alike will be watching for possible limited releases or variants.
