Kyrie Irving Goes All-In With ANTA’s “Macao” Pack
Kyrie Irving and ANTA are heading back to Macao with a new footwear collection inspired by the city’s bright lights, nightlife and high-stakes atmosphere.
Timed around the upcoming NBA China Games in Macao, the ANTA “Macao” Pack will eventually span four Kyrie models, beginning with the KAI 3 “Macao Hearts” and KAIBRID “Macau Spades” on October 10. According to ANTA, Irving has also been fully cleared to play following his ACL recovery.
The KAI 3 “Hearts” leads the first drop in a fluorescent red finish representing Irving’s passion for basketball. Black grounds the colorway, while metallic gold and color-shifting accents add contrast throughout. Additional hits of color appear underfoot. The pair will retail for $135 through ANTA.com.
On the other side of the pack, the KAIBRID “Spades” takes a cooler approach. Inspired by Macao’s skyline and nightlife, the blue-based pair incorporates pearlized finishes, speckled textures and metallic detailing. It will retail for $150 exclusively through ANTA Beverly Hills.
“Hearts” and “Spades” serve as the opening releases from a larger four-pair collection built around the idea of basketball and the card table requiring a similar mix of patience, instinct and knowing when to make a move. Macao-inspired editions of the KAI 1 and KAI 2 are scheduled to follow in the coming months.
Both the KAI 3 “Macao Hearts” and KAIBRID “Macau Spades” release October 10, with availability differing between the two models.
