Another What If colorway.
Over the years, we’ve recreated more than a handful of “What If” colorways — that is borrowing colorblocking from previously popular releases. Some examples include our “Flint” Air Jordan 4, “Black Cement” Air Jordan 5 and a slew of “Midnight Navy” Concept colorways, just to name a few.
We’ve also tackled the iconic “Infrared” from the Air Jordan 6, too, previously imagined buy our designer on the Air Jordan 12 — but today we rework the colorway onto its predecessor, the Air Jordan 11.
A simple adaptation, similar to the 2012 rendition of the Air Jordan 11 Low — but it didn’t feel right coming in a low-cut. This pair mimics the Jordan 6’s mid-cut height and the colorways automatically feels more at home than Low — don’t you agree?
Stay tuned into the Concept Lab this coming week, because we have a few bangers on the way!
