New silhouette inbound! Fans of the 112-year-old sneaker company Converse will rejoice with a duo of newly-crafted Pro Leather 2000 Hi coming your way in colorways dubbed “Firey Scarlett” and “Fog”.
Drawing inspiration from the classic hardwood sneaker, the pairs draw from bold color-blocking and fabrics frequently seen in the early 2000’s, resulting in a timeless aesthetic that could slot into any rotation with ease. Both shoes feature a combination of a premium suede/nubuck upper and gum soles. “Firey Scarlet” is defined by a red suede toebox and lace eyelet combo, brown quarter panel and tongue, shaggy orange heel overlays, and olive green mudguards. Alternatively, on the “Fog” we see a warm sand tonal upper and honey mudguards, each being an accurate throwback to iconic streetwear fashion from the era.
After initially being pegged for release on the 21st of March, pairs will now be available from various retailers listed below on April 11th for $110 a pop. If you’re keen on picking up a pair next week, make sure you head on over to our Converse Release Calendarto set yourself a reminder for the drop!
