Continuing an ongoing collaboration, Converseand Undercover designer Jun Takahashi combine forces on a new “The New Warriors” Converse collection. “The New Warriors,” draws inspiration from the timeless Walter Hill film from 1979. The result? More punk-inspired designs. Takahashi has gone to inflict the same design ethos into his latest collaboration, featuring a graphic camo print trussed with laced zipper guards and metal ring accents — unexpected hardware details that capture raw-edged rebellion. The shoe also has an embroidered “NW” patch for “The New Warriors,” which is printed on the toecap.
The Converse x Undercover collection (inclusive of High and Ox models) is available on November 14th at Converse.comand select retailers.
