Get Ready for Zootopia 2's Premiere in Disney's All-New Crocs Collection
The imaginative world of Walt Disney has been responsible for some of the last century's most heartfelt, inspiring moments displayed on the silver screen. On Wednesday, Nov. 26, Walt Disney Animation Studios looks to continue the trend with the premiere of Zootopia 2, the long-awaited sequel to 2016's film directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore.
Disney's second Zootopia movie stars Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) and follows the duo around as it looks to help a newcomer to the city—Gary De'Snake—find a home in Zootopia.
Voiced by Academy Award-winner Ke Huy Quan, De'Snake expands the world of Zootopia, introducing movie-goers to a whole new side of the fictional city. But Disney isn't limiting its new character to the screen. In fact, the imaginative institution has kicked off "Ssssurprise Week" in his honor, unveiling daily collaborative products with UNIQLO, MINISO, and others as the ultimate countdown to the sequel's big-screen debut.
Longtime collaborator Crocs has helped bring the Zootopia 2 universe into the real world by putting together a special Classic Clog, Lined Platform Clog, and five-piece Jibbitz™ charms pack. Footwear draws inspiration from Zootopia Police Department's (ZPD) very own Officer Hopps and Officer Wilde, as well as other residents of the city.
Fans can customize both slip-on styles with limited-edition charms that bring several characters to wearable plush-form.
Check out official photos of the Zootopia 2-inspired Crocs collection ahead. All items—including Clogs and Jibbitz™—will be available online at Crocs.com and in-store, as well as via DisneyStore.com, beginning on Monday, Nov. 11.
