The Narcos Season 4 Trailer Introduces Mexico’s Guadalajara Cartel

The Blow is Back.

Netflix has finally released a trailer for its new series Narcos: Mexico after a subtle first look earlier this year. This season serves as a follow-on to its three-season series, with the narrative migrating from Colombia to Mexico.

From Columbia’s Cali Carte and Pablo Escobar before that, Season Four puts the spotlight on the rise of Mexico’s Guadalajara cartel in the early 1980’s. In the short one-minute trailer below, the theme of the series remain the same; as drugs, power struggles, sex, corruption and the rise of an empire fuel the new season, Narcos: Mexico.

Additionally the series will feature two new stars with Diego Luna of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, who will play cartel leader Félix Gallardo, and Michael Peña from Ant-Man and the Wasp, portraying an undercover DEA agent Kiki Camarena, tasked to bring Gallardo down.

Narcos: Mexico premieres November 16 on Netflix.
