Fear of God x Birkenstock Los Feliz Releases in Wool Flannel This Month

Despite his personal affiliation with adidas, Jerry Lorenzo and his Fear of God imprint aren’t holistically tied to the Three Stripes, as the premium athleisure label is set to release some follow-up colorways of their collaborative model with Birkenstock, the Los Feliz.

Named after the Los Angeles neighborhood of the same name, the sandal was inspired by the unique hillside enclaves of the area — combining the ‘easy, elevated fluidity’ of Fear of God and the purity of Birkenstock’s iconic silhouettes. Differing from its last release in pigskin (which is also still available here), these new efforts feature uppers of wool suede in both with monolithic strap closure and below cork-latex footbeds in tonal suede and translucent rubber soles. Subtle co-branding on the heel completes the design.

These new wool flannel-clad options are released in two colors — Ash Melange and Cement — on February 23rd, 2023, at select Birkenstock retailers for $320; the model will also release in kids sizing.
