13 UNC College Players have Been Suspended for Reselling Jordans

    Cut for chasing cash.

In what seems to be a long-awaiting form of Karma, sneaker resellers are having a tough run at the moment. Solebox forced prospective sellers to wear their new shoes out of the store in an attempt to devalue their resale margins and KITH just handed out the biggest L to a wannabe Off-White Bot user and now college athletes are getting shafted for selling their exclusive PEs.

Thirteen footballers from Mike’s alma mater, UNC, have been reported by ESPN as being caught selling ‘special-edition Nike Jordan shoes’, which, is of course, is an NCAA violation. Suspensions of 1-4 games were dished out, but it wasn’t made clear why some cases were worse than others — perhaps the volume of sneakers they sold or the total amount of cash they made. Regardless, we hope they listen to their coach Larry Fedora and ‘aim to do better in the future.’

Unless one of the players has a size 13 in these that that want to get rid of. Then they can aim to do better.
