If you love Wil Smith’s “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, you’ll know his character, Wil (how original) loved Js. In fact, the very first episode he’s spotted in a pair of Black Metallic 5s. Jordan Brand even dished out a tribute colorway n 2013.
But as part of that appreciation process, like any other sneaker development, there’s just some colorways that dont make the cut. But to everyone’s surprise, yesterday, a never-before seen sample pair surfaced on social.
This “Reverse Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5 sample rocks a blue upper instead of the retail cool grey. Speckled detailing on the tongues and midsole, along with a pink inner lining are a few of the changes from the retail version.
We still prefer the original, but these are still — dare we say it — fresh.
