This Air Jordan 1 supports the #blacklivesmatter movement

These “Black Lives Matter”Jordan 1’s posted by Jordan Brand’s Frank Cooke on Wednesday arrives at a time when the message couldn’t be more significant.

Cooke often posts samples and one-offs that never make it to the public, but we’re hoping that these will release, hopefully with proceeds heading towards black community programs. We in fact wanted to get our Black and Gold Jordan 11 produced to aid minorities across America,

We know that MJ has been quiet on issues like these in the past, but he is beginning to become more vocal on the matter – and it’s beginning to reflect in is products.

Whilst Jordan Brand has released Black History Month sneakers in the past, they have expressly come out in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
