Official Looks! Air Jordan 1 High Zoom “Space Hippie”

After a brief delay in its schedule, the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom looks to continue is quest into the second half of 2020. Following up from March’s sophomore “Racer Blue”— and likely to arrive after June’s SB Dunk-inspired “Brut” release — is this on-theme “Space Hippie” Jordan 1 High Zoom.

Looking to continue Nike’s sustainable “Move to Zero” approach, this Air Jordan 1 appears to utilize recycled materials, evident by the gritty rubber scrap outsoles also used on NIKE Inc’s impending Space Hippie capsule. Above the sole unit, you’ll find a denim-canvas like upper arriving in a faded black paired with jet black suedes at the collar, upper eyelets, and Swooshes. The latter detail is tacked on with heavily exposed zig-zag stitching, as well as the heel and tongue — those two finished in vibrant Flash Crimson. Capping off the unique design is the inclusion of exposed foam collars and tongues, executed in a style akin to Virgil Abloh’s OFF-WHITE x Nike collaborations.
