There’s never been a better time to be a fan of the Air Jordan 1silhouette — especially when it comes to the seemingly endless run of Mids and Lows that have been flowing through retailers all year long. Although the Mid-cut has had its challenges, the Low has managed to escape the stigmas for the most part — likely helped along by a bevy of beautiful colorways over the past 18 months. Now the low-top silhouette has appeared in an inherently familiar colorway, thanks to a previously-previewed Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT of the same name.

Sporting a fairly Fall-friendly palette, the Air Jordan 1 Low “Canyon Rust” presents itself in fine nubuck and suede construction, in an almost identical palette to the accompanying Zoom release. Resting atop an all-sail sole unit, the pair ushers in a multi-material upper, with base layers of nubuck in the titular hue, with warm, almost pink-beiges covering the heel, ankle, and forefoot eyelet overlay. Purple Smoke suede is served at the toe and eyestays, while more flashes on Canyon Rust arrive at the nylon tongue and liners. Branding arrives almost exclusively in all-black, though the Swoosh is marled with tatty grey texture, while medial lacestay and insole branding pop in a vibrant crimson to complete the design.

Check out the official photos of this “Canyon Rust” Air Jordan 1 Low here below, and look for pairs to arrive at select stores and Nike.com over the coming months — likely alongside the aforementioned ZOOM CMFT of the same name. As always, keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates on its release.

Update 02.10.21 Euro retailers Overkill and SVD have confirmed their release date for the Air Jordan 1 Low “Canyon Rust” for February 15th. We’re still waiting on other retailers to surface, including those Stateside for a confirmed drop on this side of the Atlantic.
