Just Dropped // Air Jordan 1 Low “Limelight”

With Spring in sight, saturations for the season will begin to change. Gone will be the flax and black staples of the Winter, which will soon be rep[laced by light, bright soft palettes for Spring. The Air Jordan 1 is leading the charge with a handful of festive Easter options unveiled earlier in the week, and now another Spring-ready release has appeared — this Air Jordan 1 Low “Limelight”

The two-tone take tacks on seldom-seen mesh uppers for breathability on the rare warm Spring day, while classic leather overlays in the titular hue arrive in a tumbled finish. White mesh extends again to the tongue, where it’s capped with lining and branding of light green, and is overlayed by laces of the same hue. Underfoot you’ll find a white and limelight composition, and the pair is completed by metallic silver embroidery in the rear.

Though a release date for the pair was not provided, official imagery of the Air Jordan 1 “Limelight” has arrived, indicating that there will be a release in the not-too-distant future. It’s also important to note that it’s evident from both the (in some instances) poorly photoshopped images and the style code, that there will be subsequent color options arriving in this build. Just what they will be remains a mystery, for now, but given an expected Summer release, you should expect colors like pastel blues, pinks, yellows and/or oranges.
