Jordan Brand continues expanding its experimental MM (Method of Make) series, and next year’s lineup will include one of the boldest entries yet: the Air Jordan 1 Low MM V3 “Brown Kelp.” Set to release in Spring 2026, the pair pushes the AJ1 Low into an entirely new direction through layered materials, iridescent details, and a deconstructed feel that separates it from the standard Retro offering.

The “Brown Kelp” colorway leans into earthy tones, pairing muted olive leather panels with a textured mesh underlay that runs across the midfoot and toe. Things get bolder up top, where coral-orange laces bring contrast, giving the shoe a utilitarian energy. The standout touch, however, is the oversized iridescent Swoosh — a multi-layered TPU execution that shifts colors with the light and frames the layered build beneath it. Additional molded TPU pieces wrap the heel and forefoot, adding structure while amplifying the futuristic aesthetic of the V3.

Underfoot, the MM V3 sticks to the familiar AJ1 Low tooling, keeping things grounded with a tonal brown midsole and outsole. It’s a silhouette designed to bridge the gap between brand heritage and modern experimentation, offering something completely new while still feeling recognizable.

The Air Jordan 1 Low MM V3 “Brown Kelp” is expected to arrive in Spring 2026 on Nike.com and select retailers.
