The Air Jordan 1 Low continues to expand the reach of Michael Jordan's winning legacy, delivering more ensembles than both its Mid and High counterparts. With summer fast-approaching, Peter Moore's design has taken on refreshing makeovers that further cement the shoe as a lifestyle option.
Most recently, the silhouette emerged in a "Pale Ivory/Off Noir/Baroque Brown" color scheme that's more appropriate of autumn than summer. And yet, close inspection of the pair reveals a non-standard fabric build across the upper. The change provides a lighter weighing sensation on the foot, enabling the understated style to fit in with any warm weather footwear rotation. The bulk of the canvas-reminiscent material that covers most of the top-half indulges in an off-white hue, while profile swooshes and construction around the ankle opening deviate in a dark brown that's also appeared on several Nike Sportswear offerings.
Underfoot, the retro maintains a faux-aged look via the "Pale Ivory" midsole. The Nike Dunk Low-like outsole rounds out the versatile look in "Off Noir."
Enjoy official photos of the low-top Air Jordan below. Firm launch details haven't been confirmed as of this writing, but pairs are expected to hit Nike.com throughout summer for $135.
