Jordan Brand Praise Paris on a Premium Pair of Lows
France has had its fair share of tributed footwear over the past 18 months, from a Parisian-purposed Epic React Flyknit, to the epic Unité Totale collection, and more recently, Kylian Mbappé’s Nike Air Max 98 — hell, we even saw a Champagne-inspired Uptempo. The country’s next adoration from Nike arrives more in line with the former, again celebrating the City of Love, and also arriving in a like color palette.
Like the aforementioned React Flyknit, this Air Jordan 1 Low “Paris” pairs bright whites and light blues with grey, yet this time the latter arrives in a much lighter shade. Interestingly colors aren’t the only thing that change frequently throughout this makeup, with mismatched materials creating subtle differences in texture that a true kick connoisseur could appreciate. Perforated white leather mid-panels are matched on the midsole, while tumbled leather toe boxes, rubber outsoles, and canvas collars and tongues all arrive in sail. Light grey overlays on the toes and eyelets arrive in suede, while the Swooshes and lower lacestays on the forefoot are cut from leather. Soft blue suede heel overlays present a sharply debossed Wings logo, while the tongue and insoles are furnished with metallic gold finishes. Capping off the design is vibrant royal blue insoles, and a debossed “PRS” hangtag on a premium tumbled leather to match the tongue tags.
Take a peep at these beautifully-crafted “Paris” Air Jordan 1 Lows below, which are expected to roll out at select Jumpman cohorts shortly. We’ll keep you in the loop, though; Keep your eyes locked on our Jordan Release Dates Calendar and our Twitter Feed for further updates on the drop!
