It appears that the recently-revealed Air Jordan 1 Low “Vintage Grey” won’t be a solo release, with a matching Mid set to join it on release day.
A first look at the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Vintage Grey” has appeared today by way of official Nike.com imagery, showing an arrangement in similar-yet-different styling to that spotted on the low. Arriving in what is essentially OG “Neutral Grey” blocking, the pair mimics the original 1985 release with grey collars, Swooshes, and outsoles — though here they opt for a silhouette staple leather finish. All of this is set against crisp white leathers across the remainder of the upper, with nylon tongues and laces following suit. The pair is then popped with grey branding at the ankle and tongue before aged-look tints are applied to the midsoles to complete the design.
While an official release date for this new Air Jordan 1 Mid “Vintage Grey” has yet to be revealed, official images of the pair do suggest that a release won’t be too far away. Until more news arrives, Grab an official look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
