The Jumpman Adds Iridescent Lining to the Air Jordan 1

Another day, another Air Jordan 1 Mid — but, in the words of Gucci Mane, it ain’t your average or typical. Heavily channeling the artwork of Reality to Idea’s Joshua Vides, the all-white base and black overlay outlines give off a two-dimensional aesthetic that will have people doing a double-take in the daylight. But when the lights go low, said black lining turns into a rainbow ribbon, with a reflective iridescent finish glistening in pastel pinks, greens, yellows, and blues — similar to that of adidas’ famed Reflective Xeno. Capping off the design is a sole black Jumpman on the tongues, black insoles, debossed Wings branding on the collar, and an all-white sole unit.
