    Return of the Mack.

The “Concord” Air Jordan 11 was first debuted by Mike during the second-round of the NBA Easten conference playoffs, on May 7th 1995, against the Orlando Magic. A series they lost (yeah, MJ actually lost.) But the surprise loss to the 5th seeded team wasn’t the only talking point of the night – people were asking “What the hell is on Mike’s feet?”

Patent leather on a basketball sneaker? You must be out of your mind.

Tinker Hatfield’s design of the Air Jordan 11 definitely drew some differing opinions, along with drawing fines from the NBA. As MJ took to the court in the now iconic white and black sneaker, he was violating the NBA’s dress code policy, resulting in a $5000 fine.

But let’s be honest – that’s pocket change for the GOAT.

Speaking of making bank, Mike and co. are set to make a whopping $5-10 Million on December 8th with this release, with production said to be over the 1 million pair mark — and these will sell out. Talk about a successful weekend in sales!

Stay tuned for an official look.
