Possibilites.
Yesterday’s surfacing of the never-before-seen alternate Air Jordan 11 “Gamma” Sample revealed a little bit more than anticipated. Sure, the sample pair, which had never seen the light of day was revealing in itself. But through reporting — and the sleuthing process involved — I uncovered a fairly nice surprise: Official images of the retail Air Jordan 11 “Gamma” just sitting on Nike’s servers.
But of course they’d be there, you say?
Let’s rewind a minute. When the pair first dropped for Holiday 2013, official images looked a hell of a lot different. See below:
It obvious to see that the new images further below are cut from a different cloth — the same cloth of how current-day releases are displayed. No release dates have been provided, but it has been a long six-year absence for the non-OG fan-favorite. Could it possibly be making a return soon? I mean, why else would they be uploading brand new shots of a six-year-old sneaker? — Think about it.
One thing is for certain, though — the original release’s price tag of $180 won’t be returning alongside it 😭
Enjoy an official look below and stay tuned for more details — should there be any.
