Air Jordan 13 "He Got Game" is Not Returning in 2026
While early reports suggested a 2026 return for the Air Jordan 13 “He Got Game,” updated information confirms that the fan-favorite colorway will not be part of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2026 lineup after all.
The news may disappoint longtime fans of the silhouette, which has become one of the most culturally significant in the Jordan archive. The “He Got Game” nickname stems from the sneaker’s appearance in Spike Lee’s 1998 film He Got Game, where Denzel Washington—playing Jake Shuttlesworth—wore the white, black, and red XIII throughout the film. Its on-screen presence, combined with its association with Michael Jordan’s late-career dominance, helped solidify the pair as a must-have for collectors and hoopers alike.
Featuring a premium white leather upper, black suede paneling, and bold True Red accents, the “He Got Game” 13 is known for its clean color blocking and bold contrast — design elements that helped define the look of late-‘90s basketball sneakers.
Although the pair won’t return in 2026, we will be getting a retro of another OG — the Air Jordan 13 "Chicago"
