The Air Jordan 3 “Santa” Makes Mike’s Nice List

Jordan Brand’s holiday calendar is getting a festive addition this winter with the kid’s-exclusive Air Jordan 3 “Santa,” set to release on November 21.

Now seen in hand, the pair takes a much cleaner approach than early mock-ups suggested. Bright red leather covers most of the upper, while white fills the tongue and eyestay panels. Black laces, eyelets, outsole sections, and a plush fuzzy lining add contrast, with the latter giving the shoe a subtle winter-ready touch.

The heel brings one of the stronger details, swapping in gold Nike Air branding against a black heel tab. Rather than leaning on the Air Jordan 3’s usual elephant print, the pair keeps the upper largely streamlined, allowing the red leather and contrasting trim to carry the look.

The clearest reference to the “Santa” theme appears inside the shoe. The insole features artwork nodding to Michael Jordan’s classic Christmas ad, which famously showed a pair of Jordans hanging inside a chimney beneath Santa’s legs. It gives the release a direct link back to one of Jordan Brand’s more memorable holiday images without overloading the exterior with seasonal graphics.

The Air Jordan 3 “Santa” is expected to arrive exclusively in kids’ sizing on November 21, 2026.
