Nike Air Returns for the Regional-Exclusive Air Jordan 3 "Middle East"

Jordan Brand looks set to close out 2026 with a regionally focused Air Jordan 3.

Expected to release in December, the Air Jordan 3 “Middle East” continues the brand’s slow but deliberate expansion into markets that have become increasingly important to its global footprint.

Jordan has explored regional storytelling before — pairs like the “Seoul” Air Jordan 3 and the Japan-exclusive “Sashiko” Air Jordan 4 come to mind — but this release is expected to take a more restrained approach. Early mock-ups suggest a clean white leather upper, paired with a deep purple wraparound the heel and select midsole sections. It’s a sharp contrast without being loud, and one that feels intentional rather than themed for the sake of it.

One detail that immediately stands out is the return of Nike Air branding on the heel; For longtime Jordan fans, that alone changes how a release is viewed. It signals a certain level of importance for a release; however, the feature is becoming more common over time. There are also reports of special tongue detailing, though nothing concrete has surfaced.

At this stage, much of what we’ve seen remains speculative, and final materials or color balance may shift once official images are available. Still, with its regional focus, Nike Air treatment, and late-year timing, the Air Jordan 3 “Middle East” is already shaping up to be one of the more significant releases in Jordan Brand's Holiday 2026 lineup.
