Detailed Looks // Air Jordan 3 “Wizards”
With 2023 marking the 20th anniversary of Michael Jordan’s final retirement from the game, you would expect that his Jordan Brand family will be honoring the milestone in many ways. From Laney-inspired Air Jordan 1s that remember his high school days, to the return of his championship Air Jordan 13 “Playoffs,” the brand is looking at significant moments in Mike’s career. Not it will look to the compete other end of the spectrum, with the rumored arrival of an Air Jordan 3 “Wizards” that celebrates his short stint — and his final professional games —in Washington.
Sneaker-insiders Sole Retriever is behind the leak, with the source suggesting that the pair will arrive with true-to-OG specifications, and will arrive with special packaging; it’s also expected to arrive in full-family sizing. It is, essentially, the OG “True Blue” release, but with the red hits replaced with gold, and Jumpman branding in the back.
