Official Looks at the Air Jordan 34 “Chinese New Year”

Many of the year’s Chinese New Year have distanced themselves from the impending and aesthetically unpleasing Year of The Rat, Jordan Brand included. It has resulted in an array of seemingly randomized releases, many of which pull in a multitude of traditional elements from release to release, showing no signs of a consistent collection. Jordan Brand, however, has managed to keep stylings succinct across its retro releases.

This upcoming Air Jordan 34 “CNY” pairs black and white of the Yin-Yang with theme-specific “Digital Pink” pops, a color found in bold fashion on the pack’s accompanying Air Jordan 13. And like that 13, this pair also sports a Chinese lattice graphic on the upper, and Yin-Yang-inspired branding hits at the heel.

Definitely the most simplified release for the holiday, this Air Jordan 34 “CNY” has been confirmed for release on January 2nd, 2020, at select stores like Finish Line, as well as Nike.com for $180.
