Do You Like Hip-Hop? Then This Air Jordan 4 "Musik" Retro Is For You.
Throughout the entirety of the Air Jordan signature sneaker series, the line has pulled inspiration from all over. Come January 2027, Team Jumpman is expected to release an Air Jordan 4 inspired by hip-hop music, fashion, and culture from the early 2000s.
According to X user @zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files, the AJ4 retro is nicknamed "Musik." The pair is expected to feature a predominantly khaki color scheme that's contrasted by black and shimmering golden accents. The ensemble's inspiration has yet to be confirmed and disclosed by Jordan Brand, but that should change as the last few months of 2026 inch closer.
One of the most-defining details reportedly included in the "Musik" Air Jordan 4 appears at the spine. Silver studs are expected to take over the heel flap, while Nike Air and Jumpman branding is replaced with "II" and "III" numerals between left and right shoe, making up the number "23" as a nod to Michael Jordan's most-iconic jersey number.
Enjoy a speculative mock-up of the "Musik" retro ahead. Pairs are expected to release via Nike.com/Jordan and a wide variety of global retailers on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2027.
Outside of the world of retro basketball product, Nike is gearing up for the 2026 World Cup™ tournament.
