What many thought was going to be a re-release of the OG Air Jordan 4 “White Cement” for 2021 turns out to be a multi-inspired release, dubbed the Air Jordan 4 “White Oreo”

Leaked mid-last year by sneaker sleuth @SHOF, the information arrived alongside a color listing of White/Tech Grey/Black/Fire Red, which caused many to speculate a return of the OG Air Jordan 4 “White Cement”, despite its return 6 years prior. Though a return that early wouldn’t be an uncommon occurrence, new information (and speculative mock-ups) from zSneakerheadz has indicated that the pair will, in fact, be inspired by the release, as well as cues from fan-favorite colorways in the Fire Red and Oreo.

A first look at the Air Jordan 4 “White Oreo” via @US_11has revealed, in contrary to both the pair’s color listing and speculative mock-ups, a mostly white release. The GS-sized pair shows a mostly white construction, with the titular hue hitting the liners, flecked eyelets and midsoles, and outsole toe. It also arrives on the rear Jumpman branding. Tongue, insole, and outsole branding provide the pair’s only hit of color with a striking Fire Red finish.

The US release for the Air Jordan 4 “White Oreo” has reportedly been pushed back again — from June 19th to July 3rd. Europe is still expecting a release on May 29th. If you can’t quite wait it out the extra days pairs are already available on the aftermarket from stores like GOATand Flight Club.
