New Looks // Air Jordan 6 “Chrome”

Jordan Brand will continue to color-swap classics into 2022, with the upcoming Air Jordan 6 “Chrome” honoring two of the silhouette’s most memorable releases.

As the title suggests, the simply-blocked Air Jordan 6 “Chrome” serves as a direct nod to the OG Air Jordan 6 Low of the same name — and one could even read this as a silver version of the famed DMP release. Both interpretations are viable, as the pair will arrive in black nubuck, complete with metallic silver finishes in classic Infrared blocking.

We’ve whipped up a gallery of mock-ups based on this information to give you a ballpark idea of what to expect later this year (a release now confirmed for November 12th) — but as is the case with all mock-ups, the retail release may differ.

With first looks and more details to follow, be sure to keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates as we lean further into the new year. If you can’t wait for the drop, then you can scoop up pairs now from select aftermarket sites like Flight Club and GOAT.
