We’ve been calling for it for a long time, and finally, Jordan Brand has listened. The return of the Air Jordan 6 Midnight Navy” is on, a mere 22 years after its first release.
As one of the very first non-OG colorways released by the brand back in 2000, the pair didn’t look to do too much. A simple tweak on the OG “Sport Blue”, the pair stayed within the constraints of its OG predecessors with white leather construction and accents of unassuming navy, black, and silver. It’s far cry from the wild and audacious efforts of today, but its simplicity and its history have made it a widely-loved colorway amongst older sneakerheads.
GOAT has provided some detailed images of the 2000 release here below, which show the 21-year-old pair in fine detail to give you a fairly good idea of what to expect come Holiday 2021 — save the aged sole units, of course. With a release over 9 months away, it’s good to keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for updates over the year.
