I think Nike realised there scavenger hunt was a farce, after it received heaps of ridicule online (us included), and have decided to release the PSNY 12’s online.
We know this because there are official images of the PSNY x Air Jordan 12 collabs located on Nike’s backend right now, and the last time we saw an exclusive collaboration like the Supreme x Nike Air More Uptempo, the pair dropped in a limited release followed by an “unexpected” Nike.com restock and Nike SNKRS availability.
So, it looks like those who went out and followed Nike’s orders like sheep wasted their entire day.

UPDATE 07.12.17:
It has now been confirmed that both the PSNY x Air Jordan 12 Bordeaux and Olive will be restocking on Nike SNKRS in Europe on July 13th at 8AM BST.
Stay tuned for more info on the Wheat release, most likely a U.S. SNKRS exclusive.
