The Concept Lab : Air Jordan 6 “Mr November”

Earlier this week we saw sidelined Houston Rocket guard Chris Paul sitting court-side in a very rare Air Jordan. So rare they they are fetching up to $40k on the resale market. He was indeed rocking the Air Jordan 11 Suede “Jeter” – a sneaker only made in a handful of quantities – which celebrated retiring Yankees skipper Derek Jeter’s 20 year, one-team career earlier this year.

And it got us thirsty for more. I am the furthest thing from a Yankee fan – a Giant fan in fact – and when I lived in New York, I couldn’t stand the Bronx bombers – I always found myself out at Citi Field, but I can appreciate a damn fine colorway and respect the man who inspires it.

My distaste for the pinstripes aside, Derek was a champion. and deservedly so deserves his own PE – But why not two? or three? or even four more?

Because this colorway looks too damn good to keep off another silhouette – and Derek was too damn good to not celebrate more. And what perfect month to celebrate the man who earned the title “Mr November”
