We’ve been meaning to do this one for a while now, but quite frankly, with the back-end of 2020 loaded with catch-up releases and the start of this year so chock-full-o-news, we forgot. Plus, we’ve barely had the time to get into the lab and get a little creative. But a Friday afternoon fuck-around finally got us there. What we’re talking about is the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 High “Low Flip” — a concept sneaker that takes the colorway from La Flame’s Air Jordan 1 Low release, and turns it into a High.
In case you’ve forgotten, here are the two colorways that have actually released:
To be honest, either colorway looks just as good on the High or Low, so we were expecting these to come out clean — and that they did. We’ll undoubtedly do a reverse colorway, too, with the High’s blocking on the Low, so expect to see that hit our Concept Lab over the coming days. Until then, though, enjoy this “what if” sneaker here below and let us all collectively pray to the sneaker Gods that this will one day become a reality.
