Its course-ready collaboration with Eastside Golf last year provided a huge injection of excitement to MJ’s golf lineage; and it will do so furthermore with the two parties reuniting again in 2022 for a third-on-collection release, with first and official looks at the Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 Low coming to light.

Founded by Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper in 2019, Eastside Golf frames a sport rife with old white men through a youthful POC lens. The team delivers a streetwear edge to the sport, applying their unique touch to the sport’s staples like polos, hats, and sweatshirts — and now they’re taking their swag off the fairways and onto the sidewalks.

Keeping on par with the top-shelf delivery from previous releases, Olajuwon and Earl have dressed this Jordan 1 Low with premium navy nubucks across the entire upper and tongue. A brighter blue hue dresses the satin liners and overlays stitchwork before introducing clay browns at the added rear ribbon, Eastside Golf embroidered tongues, and on the pair’s sail and semi-translucent sole units. Rounding out the design are Swingman-branded motifs at the heel, as well as an included enamel hangtag.

According to sources, the Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 Low will arrive in November alongside an accompanying Air Jordan 12 Midand Air Jordan 12 Low Golf.
