It’s official! This model IS the Air Jordan 35 — and it’s taken a collaboration with Fragment to quash the discussion.

the Eclipse plated sneaker, which has been the cause of debate amongst sneakerheads for the past few weeks, has now been confirmed to be the Air Jordan 35. And it’s obvious, considering the AJ5-inspired tongues, midfoot netting, and details like XXXV on the inner tongues and brail across the Eclipse plate that literally translates to “35”.

Here, Hiroshi Fujiwara has draped the all-new signature Air Jordan in his equally signature black, white and royal colors. The former engulfs the tongues, liners, and forefoot leather overlays, with white toes and midfoot netting joined by royal blue in the rear. The aforementioned netting accentuates the midfoot plate to a point where it resembles Reebok’s 1995 Shaqnosis — especially in this colorway. Save the oversized tongue Jumpman, branding hits are few and far between, with Fragment’s only appearance at the heel tags and Eclipse plate lettering.

Expected to be the marquee launch for the new silhouette, the Fragment x Air Jordan 35 is arriving at select stockists and Nike.comon October 28th for $220. Keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates — including store and raffle lists for the drop. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
